Mushroom Gua Sha Rollers are one of my favorite additions to my personal daily self-care rituals and for my clients in my treatment room. I prefer to use a variety of facial tools during my treatments to achieve targeted results. Different gua sha tools have different shapes and sizes, which allows for targeted treatment of specific areas of the face. For example, a smaller tool can be used to target the delicate eye area, while a larger tool can be used to treat the jawline or cheekbones. You might use a Mushroom Gua Sha Roller to promote lymphatic drainage and reduce puffiness, while using a traditional gua sha tool to promote collagen production and reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Every product at Dahlia Skincare is designed intentionally, so for our Mushroom Gua Sha Rollers, we chose real, ethically sourced Agate. These stones come straight from the Earth, so they will vary in color, slightly in size, and have minor “imperfections,” making each stone roller unique. Agate is a mineral, specifically a type of chalcedony, composed of microscopic quartz crystals. It is typically formed in volcanic rock and has a wide range of colors and patterns (which is why these none of these beautiful tools look exactly alike). In the metaphysical realm, Agate is believed to have a calming, grounding effect and is often used to balance yin and yang energies, which I feel compliments our sacred self-care routines perfectly ☯
